  5. CopyPaste 4.0 is now totally OS 8 compatible. CopyPaste 4.0
  6. has incorporated the work and suggestions of many people.
  7. Its packed with new features so for the millions who loved
  8. it before its now possible to love it even more. Those
  9. familiar with CopyPaste will find it useful to read the new,
  10. completely revised manual. The manual has been redesigned
  11. with a view to make it clearer and easier to use. Many new
  12. features are described in detail. The manual helps to get
  13. even more out of CopyPaste.

  15. CopyPaste for Windows 95 and NT
  16.  
  17. Good news for all those forced to work with Windows 95 and
  18. NT. CopyPaste was recently ported to these platforms by
  19. Raimund Jakobsmeyer, brother of Peter Hoerster (creator of
  20. CopyPaste for Mac). If you want to get the PC version for
  21. your office or a friend then you can download it free at
  22. www.scriptsoftware.com. Ted Tatman a ZDNet Reviewer and the
  23. first to review the PC version of CopyPaste gave it 5 stars
  24. (their highest score) and surprised us by saying "Great
  25. program! I've seen several of these type of utilities, but
  26. yours is the first one that's done it 'right.' You ought to
  27. sell it to Microsoft."

  29. The CopyPaste tools contest

  31. The CopyPaste tools contest is over and congratulations and
  32. cash prizes go to the winners Miles Cohen, Sterling
  33. Augustine, and Gregory Weston for their creations. Their
  34. contributions will be seen as new utilities appearing in the
  35. 4.0 version of CopyPaste. Again a big thanks and
  36. congratulations to the winners.

  38. Continuing Cash Offer to Programmers
  39.  
  40. We want to continue the success of the programming contest
  41. which led to some great and creative add on utilities for
  42. CopyPaste. So anyone who creates a new and useful CopyPaste
  43. utility (actually it is just an FKey) and submits it to us,
  44. including the source code, will get a free registered version of
  45. CopyPaste. Then the source and the utility will then be published
  46. as Freeware on our home page. If we decide to include
  47. your utility in CopyPaste you will be rewarded with $50 and
  48. given a tribute on our web pages.

  54. Many new tools could be created. Some possible area are
  55. graphics filters, lexical analyzers, mathematical
  56. calculators, date converters for Jewish or Hebrew or Islamic
  57. calendars or others, programmers helpers like hex to dec to
  58. bin, Internet tools which could act on Eddresses or URL's in
  59. the clipboard, encryption/decryption, picture and icon
  60. tools, and there are many more tools that can be invented.

  62. The clipboard is central to everything on the computer so
  63. tools created for CopyPaste are available and useful to
  64. every program for changing and exchanging data.

  66. Anyone with an interest in programming should feel free
  67. to attempt it. Its really not that hard and beginners
  68. will find its a good place to start. If you decide programming
